The Pursuit of Happiness Hour: The Jobama Mama
As we head into the weekend, the MOMocrats are coming down off of our DNC high and are relaxing with a Jobama Mama. Like the MOMocrats, it's part smooth, part tart and definitely a smart choice. The tropical flavors are a nod to our Hawaiian-born next president, the vodka comes straight from Delaware.
One sip will have you primed and ready for more, and best of all, it tastes like...VICTORY! Cheers!
The Jobama Mama
- 1 ounce Malibu Rum
- 1 ounce Blue Hen vodka
- 2 ounces chilled pineapple juice
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- garnish: a pineapple wedge or sugarcane spear
Pour ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds then strain into a martini glass. Garnish and serve.

LOL Mmmmm sounds good! Gonna try one of those.
