Yes, Sarah Palin finally gritted her teeth and showed up on Saturday Night Live. After a brief appearance in the open, I couldn't stay up any longer. I found this today at the SNL site. I'm not a religious person, but I am praying that in a couple of weeks, Palin won't be relevant anymore. So is Tina Fey.
So does that mean Tina Fey can now run as VP candidate with McCain.. That would stop me from crying..

Ok. I'm laughing. You gotta admit, SNL is brilliant. They basically made fun of her with her sitting right there.

What Amy said. Still, I weep for Americus.

I can't believe she did it. Even the intro was objectionable. It's one thing to be a good sport and let them poke their fun without making a fuss but quite another to allow yourself to be treated as a sex object by Alec Baldwin (did she even get it?) and then be characterized as a "gun-totin' killah" in a rap performance while chair dancing along. The SNL regulars had to be laughing their asses off about the joke they pulled on her! It proves, yet again, that this woman has poor judgement and has no business running for VP.

The line that got me: "It's not an accurate depiction of how my press conferences would have gone." I guess we'll never know, since she won't actually do one.
